MSSQL servers Migration - RFE May 14, 2024 05:00-07:00 CEST
Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Apr 29, 2024 - 15:05 CEST
Scheduled - Pangea CMS will undergo a migration of MSSQL servers as part of the Data Modernization project. During the maintenance, Pangea CMS will be switched into maintenance mode during which the users will not be able to access it. Users will be logged out of their current sessions and will need to log back in after the release is finalized and maintenance mode is switched off.
We would therefore advise all users to save their respective work to prevent any loss of materials.

Outage time will differ for each entity according to the following schedule:
RFE - 05:00 am - 07:00 am Prague time / 13th May 23:00 am - 01:00 am D.C. time

VOA will undergo this maintenance on 15th May 2024. Liberty Net and OCB have already undergone this maintenance a week prior on 6th May 2024.

Apr 30, 02:00 CEST
Scheduled - Pangea operations team will be performing maintenance as a part of our regular patch management program and in compliance with the USAGM IT Security and Compliance policy.
Some functions of Pangea CMS may experience temporary disruptions (features such as file upload, login, external images Search & Attach, notifications, etc.). In some cases, logout incidents may occur during the maintenance period and users will need to log in again to continue their work.
We therefore recommend to save the work and log out of CMS. For those users that continue working in CMS during this time, we recommend to save their work regularly and often during the maintenance period to avoid losing their work.
