Investigating - Pangea URL Redirection functionality is partially degraded at the moment. This means that if audience tries to open an error or deleted URL, which has an active URL Redirection set up, they will be taken to a blank page rather than redirected to a live page.

This issue is currently being investigated with high priority so as to address the matter as soon as possible.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Oct 15, 06:00 CEST
Scheduled - Release of the new version of Pangea CMS. During the maintenance, Pangea CMS will be switched into maintenance mode during which the users will not be able to access it. Users will be logged out of their current sessions and will need to log back in after the release is finalized and maintenance mode is switched off.
We would therefore advise all users to save their respective work to prevent any loss of materials.

Outage time will differ for each entity according to the following schedule:
RFE/RL - 06:00 am - 07:30 am Prague time / 00:00 am - 01:30 am D.C. time
VOA - 02:30 am - 04:00 am D.C. time / 08:30 am - 10:00 am Prague time
OCB - 04:00 am - 05:00 am D.C. time / 10:00 am - 11:00 am Prague time
LibNet - 07:30 am - 08:30 am Prague time / 01:30 am - 02:30 am D.C. time

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Oct 14, 21:52 CEST
Identified - Due to a change of YouTube API requests limit on Google side, the upload of videos from Pangea CMS to YouTube, as well as Streaming from scheduler to social media (especially YouTube) has become unstable for VOA and OCB. We are currently working with Google representatives to address this issue.

Until a stable solution is in place, all language services in VOA and OCB should use the Manual Streaming option for all shows streamed to social media (YouTube and Facebook). For more information on how to use the Manual Streaming functionality, please visit our Showcase guides on this topic (https://showcase.pangea-cms.com/stream).
We also request, that all VOA and OCB services upload their on-demand videos to YouTube directly through their YouTube account instead of via Pangea CMS.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
Oct 15, 10:37 CEST
Investigating - Streaming to YouTube has been highly unstable due to an ongoing issue of network connectivity to Google/YouTube.

Based on the information that was provided to Pangea team, "Hagibor is NOT connected to YouTube and/or Facebook directly by dedicated line, with guaranteed SLA (service level agreement). Once the stream leaves Hagibor, it is routed to YT via public internet. This part of the path is not guaranteed, we have no influence (and sometimes even no visibility) what’s going on there."

Unfortunately, as the issue is with a 3rd party provider outside of Pangea, and possibly even outside of RFE/RL, there has been no resolution, and we currently do not have any information about an estimate when the matter could be resolved.

As a result, until the situation is stabilised, where possible, the services should stream directly from source to YouTube (e.g. bureaus should stream directly from source to YouTube if possible and in case this is not helping, it may be beneficial to try using a Wi-Fi/Network outside of the Hagibor building's connection, such as a hot spot).
