As part of the Pangea Data Modernization project, Pangea will migrate from its current storage (Compellent) to the new Elastic Cloud Storage. During the maintenance, Pangea CMS will be switched into maintenance mode, which will mean that the users will not be able to access it. Users will be logged out of their current sessions and will need to log back in after the release is finalized and maintenance mode is switched off. There will be an impact on image sharing between entities during the transition period until all entities are on ECS. The impact will be as follows: - Entities on Compellent will have near real-time access to images from entities on ECS. - Entities on ECS will experience a delay of up to three hours when accessing images uploaded to Compellent
Outage time will differ for each entity according to the following schedule: LibNet - Thursday 16th January 2025 - 06:00 am - 08:00 am Prague time / 00:00 - 02:00 am D.C. time OCB - Saturday 25th January 2025 - 03:00 am - 05:00 am D.C. time / 09:00 am - 11:00 am Prague time RFE/RL - Saturday 1st February 2025 - 06:00 am - 08:00 am Prague time / 00:00 - 02:00 am D.C. time VOA - Saturday 8th February 2025 - 03:00 am - 05:00 am D.C. time / 09:00 am - 11:00 am Prague time
