External vendor will conduct an emergency maintenance in RFE/RL's secondary data centre TTC2, which is used by Pangea as well. Some users may be logged out of Pangea and will not be able to log back in during the maintenance. In such a case, we recommend that users clear their browser cache (clear cookies) before trying to log back into Pangea CMS.
We also anticipate outages for streaming. Due to these possible impacts, we strongly recommend using the Manual Streaming option during the time of the maintenance.
We advise all users to save their respective work regularly and often during the maintenance period to prevent any loss of materials.
