Pangea URL Redirection functionality is partially degraded at the moment. This means that if audience tries to open an error or deleted URL, which has an active URL Redirection set up, they will be taken to a blank page rather than redirected to a live page.

This issue is currently being investigated with high priority so as to address the matter as soon as possible.
